I purchased a magnetic rowing machine at the end of August 2017. I used it at most once a month (so 11 times). Now, when you turn the resistance knob, the tension stays the same so you're essentially at 1 all the time. I contacted the company as I was under the impression the machine had a 1 year warranty... correction, the frame has a 1 year warranty. I was told that I would need to purchase a $30 part (parts are under warranty for 90 days), pay for shipping/handling of this part, and presumably fix the machine myself. I told the company that their solution was completely unacceptable but I wasn't given another option. Now I either have to choke on the money I spent for a dead machine or jump through these hoops to try to get it fixed. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I owned an air rowing machine for 5 years prior to buying this one which breaks after less than a year and less than a dozen uses.
Awful company! Cheap products poorly made. I bought an exercise bike. First time buying one. Truly awful experience. Bike was poorly made. Customer Service is terrible. Done everything possible to avoid fixing the issues. If you are looking to purchase exercise equipment do not buy from this company.

We purchased a Sunny Health and Fitness Bike (SF-B1877) in December 2020, and were immediately thrilled with the bike. Magnetic resistance, belt driven, flywheel weight perfect - and it is so quiet! So, when it was time to buy a treadmill, we were committed to buying a Sunny Health and Fitness Treadmill. We bought a treadmill (SF-T7724) about a month ago. It arrived on June 4. Unfortunately, part of the display wasn't visible and I immediately emailed Sunny Health and Fitness Support. They asked me for a few more details (serial number, proof of purchase...) and told me a replacement part would be shipped. Being the impatient person that I am, I asked support if I can fix it in the meantime. Instead, they created a video for me on how to replace the console once I received it. In just under four (4) weeks, I received the part, replaced it, and the unit is perfect. Breann and Giovanni were superb, providing me with updates, and followed through to resolution. I highly recommend Sunny Health and Fitness equipment - because of the quality, and more importantly, the excellent support! Thank you Breann and Giovanni!
Bought an exercise bike, wrong parts in the box, Sunny wanted to charge me to ship new parts. Email responses were almost a month each time. Worst customer service ever.
