Jeana and Jared of The Fox and Stone did not deliver on their promise of a quality, custom piece, did not communicate professionally or in a timely manner, and refused to remediate a rushed, unprofessional job. My fiancee and I purchased a custom engagement ring set from The Fox and Stone in 2018. We were so pleased with the engagement set that we asked them to make an additional custom (third) ring as a wedding band. Unfortunately it turned out to be a nightmarish experience. After e-mailing back and forth with design and inspiration photos, I mailed her my original engagement set (two rings) to be re-sized and to fit with this new wedding band they were creating for us. I was told I would see a model in a week and have the original two rings and new ring within 3-4 weeks. We did not hear anything for over 7 weeks so we reached back out and they said we'd be at the top of the list for the following week. When we received a photo of the wax model I expressed concern that the "metal appears to be sort of bulky around the stones, is that because of how wax models look? i would like as less build up around/between the stones as possible" and she assured me that "the wax looks bulkier because of how we have to cast it but it won't finish that way" However the ring DID finish that way. I am completely appalled by what was sent to me and the way Jeana handled it. The original two rings that were supposed to be re-sized were not only too small but were two completely different sizes (confirmed by another jeweler). The new third ring had two of the three stones so encased in metal they are not even visible - it does not physically or aesthetically fit with my engagement set and further, does not remotely resemble the design. This was clearly a rushed job after forgetting about us for months. The ring was supposed to be a chevron band with stones set to appear "petal-like". A comparison photo of the design and the product I received clearly show a sloppy, poorly executed ring and does not look like it was made by the same person as the engagement set. I requested a refund and was told that not only would they not consider a refund but I would need to pay for any fixes. I called to work out a solution and they said they would discuss options together and call me back. Instead, they sent a curt, cold one sentence e-mail that they will not accept a return, refund or do anything else to remedy the situation. They refused to discuss further after pleading with them to do right by us before our wedding. I was completely stunned and deeply upset by the callousness of Jeana. I have never experienced such heinous customer service, especially after having paid thousands of dollars to their small business. To say I have been devastated by this is an understatement. Ruining someone's wedding rings did not weigh on their conscience in the slightest. I really can't describe the heartbreak they caused for our family. Of course we are upset to loose a significant amount of money but more than anything we are unsettled and dumbfounded by the heartlessness of Jeana and Jared. Wedding rings obviously carry extra significance and meaning; the Fox and Stone does not take that seriously. I feel compelled to write this review to warn any bride to not put your trust in Jeana to communicate professionally or to deliver a special piece laden with so much significance and meaning to wear every day for the rest of your life.

I couldnt have picked a better place to have a ring made to propose to the love of my life. My fiancée absolutely loved it. The option to pick your own stone makes the ring unique and one of a kind. This ring will be cherished and we already see it becoming a family heirloom. The professionalism and communication with Fox and Stone was truly top notch. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Jeana and Jared have gone above and beyond to create amazing pieces for me! Cannot express how much care, thought and creativity they used to make my pieces. I have to say, I'm really picky about what I wear so when I found Fox and Stone I was amazed! Even the things I wouldn't personally wear are tempting because they are so lovingly and well crafted! The ring and bracelet I have are excellent quality, very durable, and honestly get worn with everything! Thank you so much for your attention to detail that has made these pieces so precious, and I know when I give your jewellery to friends and family they are equally touched. Love love love Fox and Stone!
