Took my 2014 in for a new tank and windshield in October 2021. This is now February 10 and I still do not have all my parts that was ordered. Had my old console put on with bolts missing and Got charged $423 for a detail that never happened. And charged 141 a hour for work not done Very disappointed in this dealership. Go somewhere else if you can.

I have mixed feeling about my experience at this store. The first day I went to the store to buy my new bike I was greeted by Luca he was very helpful, friendly and patient. Then Austin approached me and helped make my decision, both of them were friendly and helpful gave me a tour and worked with me during the purchase. However the day I went to pick up the bike was a different story. The person I ran into to help me didn't seem to care about service, more about getting me out the door. He was in a rush (I did show up 20 min to close so take that as you will.) while showing me the final info on the bike. He was sitting on the bike like it was still the dealers even though I just bout it the day before. He was touching it everywhere grabbed the windshield when he took the paper off. The first thing I wanted to do was wash my bike with all the fingerprints especially on the windshield driving home. I just wished I remembered to call Luca before picking up the bike, he had the day off but he did say to call him(my bad). Harley Davidson prides its self on the buying experience, I brought my family down to pick up the bike, I wanted a photo with them banging the gong, but in the end I didn't even get to bang the gong. He was too focused on rushing me out the door. I was happy the first day and pretty upset the second day. Thank you Luca and Austin, but don't show up late to this store.

I want to thank Jack Haight, Paul Pishos, and Nick Sandhu, and the rest of the staff for making the purchase of my Lowrider ST a wonderful experience. They all were so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had great customer service from beginning to end. They made my overall purchase so easy, with no hassle's, and no pressure . Brad and Megan were cool. The guy that gave me the price of the bike lied through his teeth to make that sale happen. Believe it was Eric or Chris, one of those two. Very short guy with blue eyes. Claimed certain things before the perchase, and told me to my face he never said it. I bit my tongue, picked up my merch, and left with a feeling Id rather not mention. I should have listened to all my friends and gone to Mike in Livermore Harley-Davidson. This my two cents
