Reason I'm giving them a 3 is because although I received my washer and dryer on the day it was supposed to be delivered. The delivery ppl didn't have time to take it apart and put it where I needed it to be. Which I was told was gonna happen on delivery day. They came back the next day to take it apart, place it, and put it back together. Once they were done, they said oh we don't have what u need for the gas dryer hook up ( which I told the sales person and showed a picture of all the things I needed). The following day they came back to hook it all up... Problem the Air Duct they bought wasn't long enough... Tells me I have to buy a longer one and put it on. Ok I do that. And I'm ready to wash a load of clothes.... PROBLEM the washer doesn't work. It won't go past wash. I call, they send the repair guy out again... He looks at it and says oh it's missing the cold water part.... I can come back it 2 days to correct.... Won't give a time says I'll call u 20 minutes before I come. As I'm writing this I'm still waiting for them to show up.

Very cool place and reasonably price for the items, they even walked me thru hooking up my ice machine which was very easy, they save me a few bucks from having someone do it for me.

I'm being nice giving it one star the lady need to learn how to deal with customers she ack like she didn't what to work she was lazy when a another person came in the store she just walk off I went to spend money the owner need a better sales person
