I am a contractor. I purchased their whirlpool a while back for my homeowner and it's been a complete nightmare. The original man that sold me the tub gave me the wrong spec sheets so I wasn't properly prepared for install and I didn't quote the project right to homeowner because I didn't quote enough electric. Then the whirlpool started springing leaks. So I called back and got Travis. Travis assured me he would fix my entire experience, make me a new whirlpool, and reimburse me for the labor. I alone spent 6-8 hours on this project and my licensed technician and helper spent approx. 12-15 hours on this project (troubleshooting, tub removal, tub install, drain install, drive time, etc). I turned in an invoice for 10 hours of labor and minimal materials and now they won't pay it. Not only will they not pay it but they won't return my phone calls nor emails! This is a horrible company. Do not purchase from this company. They do not stand behind their product, they make empty promises and then they blow you off when they don't want to deal with you. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next.

I purchased the AR7242 with 14 jets LED lights and speakers it's an incredible tub. It was delivered fairly quickly and packaged very well it seemed overall a very smooth transaction. Unfortunately as I was installing the tub It had clearly been impacted at some point during shipping or manufacturin and the previous lighting did not reveal the spider cracking. I was completely devastated Fortunately there was a company that was able to come save my tub for an extra $750. When they tell you to look over your tub when it's delivered listen to them otherwise you'll be screwed yourself...

Really enjoyed working with Tim and Carver Tubs. He made our remodel experience easier with his step by step instructions and decision on which tub and extra's to get to fit our needs. He walked us through and answered all of our questions, and believe me we had quite of few...lol.
