I have two issues: (1) From what I know from experience, this company doesn't seem to value actual talent and wouldn't even recognize it if they saw it. From their interview process to their day to day interaction, their outlook towards human resources is flawed. (2) Also from an SEO standpoint, when it comes to content generation, QUALITY will ALWAYS TRIUMPH over QUANTITY any day.

I went in for an interview and was politely told to leave a review. First off, Miss LaChelle was very polite and well-spoken which made me feel comfortable when I arrived. However, management was in a conference call when I arrived and only one of them came out, introduced himself, then left. That was pretty much it for my interaction with them. Miss LaChelle then took me to an area and had me do some tests and writing to see where my skill set is at and for management to look over, and I'm assuming for them to see if I have any potential. Once I was done, management appeared to go into another conference call, or perhaps was still in the same conference call when I arrived. I didn't get to sit down and talk to them in person, so this potentially puts me at a disadvantage versus other job-seeking candidates (unless this is how they do all their interviews). Miss LaChelle, if you are reading this, I give you 5 stars for your professionalism. However, I'm afraid I must give the company 3 stars (for now) since I had very little interaction with management and was not able to talk to them in person. Even if I don't get the job, I do hope they'll send me an email or give me a phone call to let me know.
