Poor customer service. I picked up an order for a friend. The person getting my order checked the ticket and said the order was wrong. I advised her it would be best to call my friend to review the order as I wasn't aware of the specific items. The manager comes out, dials the phone and walks about 10 feet away. She quickly returns and says "she's okay with it". She lied! When I arrived to my friends to drop off the items, she said the manager hung up on her and never ever spoke to her!" Needless to say the order was not right either. Awful customer service.

I love the million dollar cake and we get it from the Deerfield location or uses to get it from the Schaumburg location before they closed. This time we got it from the Buffalo location and once I saw the cake I knew something was wrong it looked different. I was hoping the inside was the same tasty treat I am always uses to but just like the outside it was way off. The cake was really bad. I wrote to the Bakery on their website but yet to hear back. See picture of what they made compared to what they should have made. No chocolate trim on the bottom or top was a red flag once I saw it.
Dirty place. Staff working without gloves, touching cakes and money at the same time. Bad experience. Do not recommend
