Horrible experience doing business, would stay far away if you're in the Delaware area, there are much better options! Very unprofessional. Initially contacted them regarding a shirt order of 80 shirts and received no response for weeks via email. After calling numerous times and leaving multiple messages, I finally received a call and email back saying they would do the order. After giving detailed instructions through both phone and email, including design pictures and everything, they said had understood the design. They would begin production and order would take no longer than two weeks. After TWO MONTHS of NO RESPONSE, when calling or emailing to check on my order, I finally drove to the ware house and had a worker put me on the phone with the owner, who had completely forgotten about and disregarded the order saying he had forgot to get them started! He apologized and said he would start them immediately and have them done within the week. After ANOTHER MONTH of NO RESPONSE, I ended up having to go to the shop in person again to check on the order, where they had done only the front design of the shirts and not the back. To make everything worse they completely disregarded the design instructions and embroidered the front logo in the wrong direction. At that point I was fed up and took the shirts back which are now completely ruined. Felt completely disregarded by this company and would not feel comfortable giving them business ever again. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
