My 16 year old son bought me these shoes as a gift however unfortunately they don't fit me he did tell me he gave the sale representative my shoe size 6 in women and he gave my son size 6 in men and continued tell my son this shoe size would fit and of course they DID NOT FIT and to top it off this store has a NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY which I find ridiculous this was a gift and the shoe is big and doesn't fit me and for this store to not offer an exchange is ridiculous I thank my son for gifting me these shoes it's just unfortunate I will not use them and now I have to sell them or give them away so I would suggest people not to bother buying shoes from this store!! if YOU DECIDE to buy shoes from this store make sure you know your size 100% because clearly the people who work here work for the commission or its a whatever job to them and just want you to spend your money!!!!!

Pretty bad customer service, employees had an attitude while just asking for availability. Ended up buying a pair of shoes and they weren’t even the same size, had to come back to the store to get the correct one. They replace the shoe and I go home. The lighting in the store isn’t great, once I get home under hood lighting I see the replacement shoe is faded. Cannot explain how frustrating it is to pay a lot of money for sneakers, getting the wrong size, then a damaged shoe and the store to not care because they got their money.

My experience here was absolutely perfect. Has all the styles and trends you could ever want. 10/10 If you need it OTB has it!

off the bench is such a great store in sand diego which is rare these day, i love the vibes and the way the place was designed was perfect. Dillon was such a great help, he was very helpful and cool , definitely will be coming back next time i’m in san diego, 10/10 great people

Overall inventory is pretty legit. Staff is not very helpful though and the prices super high relative to similar stores in LA or Orange. Seems like a tourist store.
