Probably the worst dispensary in the city. I waited in line for an hour in 36 degree pouring rain, only to be told at the door that they weren't accepting any more customers. Why? Because they had only one cashier on duty. ONE. This is disgraceful customer service. Regardless of whether you're a medical or adult use patient, I strongly encourage you to seek another dispensary. Don't waste your time here.

I have autism and severe anxiety, which is the whole reason I visit Sunnyside in the first place. Normally dispensaries are sensory hell. Lights are always bright, there's usually loud music, and always crowds. Sunnyside has actually, so far, been my most comfortable dispensary experience yet. I'm still in my med card process so I do wait in the rec line and yeah, it is long and kinda sucks. But it's very clear where to go, and everything is laid out in a way that you can see. Sensory wise, the lights aren't super aggressive and the nice neon signs make it feel really cozy. They definitely prioritize medical patients which is great, and something I'm really going to appreciate once I'm finished getting mine

You serious? I don't see rec user availability and time anywhere on your website. In fact you can browse rec products easily on your site but once I get there it's med only?Just wasted 45 minutes driving to your location.
