I visited this store while in San Diego and received amazing customer service. I noticed on their Facebook page they were doing a giveaway so I entered. They said the giveaway winner would be announced shortly after the 14th. Over a week passed and I didn’t hear anything. I decided to message them on Instagram. I asked them when they were going to announce the winners. A day later they blocked me! Really? It seems they had no intention of doing a giveaway and only announced they would do one for promotion. Would never shop here again due to their dishonesty

They don't refund your payment back to the original purchase method when ordering online. They only exchange or give store credit...which EXPIRES after 30 days! Will never shop there again, even with my newly acquired $59 in expiring store credit. What a joke.

I love this store!! It has really cute items with very reasonable prices! All the clothes are great quality too! The girls working are super helpful. I worked with Sophia and she styled me head to toe! She had a great personality and brought me multiple pieces I never thought I would try but I ended up loving! I definitely will be come back with my girl friends!

My wife bought a sweater and got it home it was damaged. Took it back the next day and they did not have her size but would only give her a store credit. The problem is we are from out of town and could not was leaving the next day. The store sells junk clothing and will not give refunds. What a scam
