I would greatly appreciate it, if you would remove this review as you and I both know this statement is not true with the exception of putting your account in collections due to non-payment. We all make mistakes from time to time and I wish I could go back and work things out with you instead of sending your balance to collections. After seeing you selling the items that we printed in your store after not paying for them was hurtful and so was my reaction to that, and I am truly sorry. For any future clients wondering about the rest of your statement, I would be happy to share our communications (removing client contact information) with anyone that would like to see what actually happened because sharing it publicly would not be respectful. We've also been printing your items for years coming through a talented friend of ours after your last direct order and you've never had an issue with a single order.

If you like disappearing ink that comes off in the wash then this is your printer. Ruined the customer supplied blanks. Charged my card without authorization. Never reimbursed me for the customer supplied product he destroyed. Mark has sent two bill collectors to collect on a bill for printing he did not complete and the printing he did do was a complete disaster. He admitted to having "Maybe used expired ink." I was never reimbursed for the blanks he ruined.
Hi Penni, I hope you're doing well. Yes, payment before production is normal. The information you received regarding this order was from an ex-employee that was stealing clients from me. Once I found out, I fired him on the spot which was the same day you charged-back your order (3 days before the in-hands date) As you know, he burglarized my shop the following Saturday resulting in a $76k loss and he was ordered to pay restitution from the courts. The money you paid up front was paid back to you with 4 different print jobs. However, your last order is still showing unpaid. I would appreciate it if you removed this review since it isn't true. I'm a man of my word, and I made it right on the money you paid upfront and I would like to make arrangements on your last order that is still unpaid. For any future clients wondering about the validity of your statement, I would be happy to share our communications (removing client contact information) as well as the video footage of the burglary and case information that is publicly available regarding the ex-employee. Sharing our communications publicly would not be respectful.

The owner Mark Taglianetti had me pay him up front for the printing on my merchandise. I found out he never printed on them and was never going to. He also had me pay up front for towels to print on. He NEVER bought the towels and he had no intention on ever getting them. He scammed me. I had to give him 1 star in order for the post button to open. He does not deserve this star

wow!! MOOK really helped me out when I needed some custom artwork digitized and put on a small number of T-shirts. The staff was kind and helpful, and I got what I was looking for. Their direct to garment process is rapid and exact. Anyone can wear designs that they LIKE and WANT. Artists and creatives should definitely check this place out!
