Second, please accept my apologies for your recent experience here. Wing foiling is one of our passions, and we have guided hundreds of customers who had questions just like yours to get them into the sport. I am personally upset to hear you left feeling unsatisfied. At best, I hope our employee simply misunderstood what you wanted. At worst, maybe whoever helped you was having a very bad day. But either way, that is not how we treat our customers nor the experience we aim to deliver. We value each person who takes the time and effort to come in to our shop, and I assure you I will read your comments to our entire staff to make sure this does not reoccur. The worst experience I have ever had at a sports store. Went in to ask about wing foiling. Person basically disregarded me and tried to convince me not to wing foil. Asked some basic questions about the gear and person helping me did not provide any helpful information beyond pointing me in the direction of different products. Overall, very disappointing as I have worked at a sports store when I was younger and could not imagine talking to a potential customer like this. Not only not spending the $4-5K on wing gear here, but lost a customer for life.
So sorry about that - not sure how it could have happened as we only do opt in. Looking through to make sure we don't have you on any lists. Sorry again Adam.

Excellent service from knowledgeable staff that cuts to the point. Great variety for paddle boards, kayaks and the sort. NOT the place for deep surf board inventory, but THE PLACE for deep paddle sports inventory. Thanks 101 Surf Sports!
This shop is as good as it gets and has a team of people who use the products they sell. They have a ton of expertise when I need advice on products. Derrick does a great job repairing dings on all the SUPs I continually damage and has not reported me to board protective services. When the pandemic is over, they have a ton of rental equipment and a great launch point for renters. I can't say enough about the level of service I've received from the team at 101 over the past couple years.
