I probably won't stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. There are some pros though: location and restaurant. The cons are: poor customer service (when I arrived, the receptionist was busy watching her ipad or whatever she had on the reception desk, never made an eye contact or explained clearly the policy, etc. Her show was more important and interesting), charge for parking that wasn't clear that it was not included on the reservation. Overall staff there is not welcoming and/or polite. The only positive is the restaurant and the restrooms on the first floor/lobby very clean and welcoming. Price overall $300 per night..

TL;dr the most terrible experience in continental US. The hotel and its management (Bryan Oliphant) don't care about your reservations. Imagine you arrived with your family after long 5 hours flight to the hotel expecting an exec room you booked (and paid for) 2 months in advance - to be told late in the night that there is no such room and you have to somehow get to a different hotel with your kids in the middle of the night. Well, that exactly the message we received from Bryan Oliphant on our arrival! So we had to go to a totally different hotel. And to remind you - I pre-paid $190 for the exec room, while this paper (see photo) clearly states $152 and the difference was never refunded. In my view, this a total fail of the hotel management and Bryant personally and I strongly suggest to never stay at "Glover Park" for your personal or business trips! P.S. 1 start for a location in Georgetown, and 1 for the ladies at the reception on April 11th (but the night shift and that reception guy on April 9 would lie in your face and should be fired).

Room was clean. Overall facility was dated, but ok. IF DRIVING IN and require parking - beware. Parking is in the lower level of hotel, with a VERY LOW CLEARANCE -only 62 height clearance. Your full size pick up or SUV could be too tall to clear. Additional parking near the hotel is limited to say the least.
