I sent 12 items to get embroidered and Judy kept putting her input in for what I should do with my own brand. Also telling me when the garments will be done then on that day tell me what I needed to do instead. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

They did an amazing job on my embroidery project. Judith was very helpful with communication through email and very fast. They do a sew sample to make sure you like it before it is done, and their emrboidery is done in house which is quick and very convenient. They have no minimum and their prices are more than fair. We were very pleased with the quality of work as well. Our logo also has some small details in an enso that are hard to replicate but they did it! Definitely recommend! Thank you Judith!

Printed most of the items without asking me, I was trying to fix the dpi on my designs and she didnt wait for me to give her a say so my designs came out bad. Horrible with responding, she does things at her own time not yours, if she says itll be done in a week be prepared to wait for a month or longer. I asked her in advance if she can print my items in certain ways and she said yes they be done in a week Bc I needed them urgently the next week, come next weeks she said she couldnt do half of what I asked. Also I was supposed to drop my line the first month of summer, but it was delayed because of her and then we waited the whole summer and got nothing printed after she told me she was printing things. The only thing she knows is dpi embroidery and screen printing she knows nothing about clothes so if you starting up a line do ask her any questions, and also she SUPER unorganized and it drove me nuts. So save your money and go else where trust me. I wish I could post a picture of how my product came out, it was horrible
