I like their collections however their customer service is not the best. I bought my dress year ago and the lady who helped me wasn’t nice and very nervous. Also the quality is not the best, the hoop got damaged during the venue and it was very disappointing a lot of my pictures look bad. Not very satisfied with my purchase. specially this type of purchase should be the perfect one unfortunately mine was not good.

Terrible experience with this company. After purchase a dress with intention of alteration i was later told that they did not have the fabric for it So I attempted to return the dress to which I was told I was unable to! so here I am with an expensive dress unable to fix it or return it. There is such horrible communication between the customer and store. I wish someone had told he ahead of time that I wouldn’t be able to find material for alterations or had a guaranteed return since I was not told my employees.
