Enjoyed the store as a whole to aimlessly browse around and shop, but the customer service was subpar. I didn’t get their name upon entering nor did I care to speak much when exiting, but there’s a way to speak to people when you’re in a customer service role. Whomever was there lacks this skill. I understand experiences with people differ given the time of night, etc. but speak to people with respect without the sarcasm and attitude. WE ARE ALL ADULTS. My friend and I went from laughing and giggling while browsing the testers to wanting to hurry up and leave. Not everyone or everything deserves a response, I know this, but next time… I won’t hold my tongue. Disrespect begets disrespect.
