The beds were comfy and looked clean. Room was warm and you could change the temperature. Breakfast was okay. Hotel smelled nice and clean. The shower did not look clean and neither was the sink. Random pieces of tape on walls and the outlets were loose. Curtains had stains on them. WiFi was bad and connection for the tv was poor. Random hole in the wall.

Thank you for visiting with us in March and we appreciate your comments. We offer breakfast every morning from 6am-10am which includes: Fruits, Cereals (including gluten free varieties), Oatmeal, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Juices, Pastries, Bagels, Breads, Yogurt, Boiled Eggs, Waffle Station, Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuits. Additionally we have added Scrambled Eggs and either Turkey Sausage Links or Turkey Bacon on the buffet for the weekends.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff motel location was great room was just okay my issue was the bathroom needed a major upgrade and a can of paint would do wonders carpets throughout the motel needed cleaning the breakfast was not good I chalked that up to COVID except could have had fresh breads and bagels we only had the coffee that was very good . This motel just needs some attention !!!!! Will not use this motel next visit to Williamsburg .

Very nice stay. Helpful front desk let us store 3 bikes in a locked room. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay here again.

Positive: Close to Wings Event center! We stayed there after concert! Negative: Continental breakfast was picked over when we went there to get something.. so we didnÂt eat. Also heard loud doors slamming.

My associates and I checked information a stay on Friday night. We had three rooms, and we discovered bedbugs in all three BEFORE we were able to rest. We were able to switch rooms that didn't seem bed bug infested, however there were several fruit flies present. Sheets and carpeting was stained and dingy. The pool was nuclear green. Not to mention, the website said breakfast was 6:30-9am, but we were told it didn't start until 7.
