The kind of business that doesn't want patients like you who leave 1 star reviews for a small business. Did you even bother to ask why there aren't any dates available? No, you didn't. I wouldn't want you as my patient anyway. If you check, his other review is also 1 star for an urgent care place. Why go around just spreading negativity like that? Unbelievable.

You may not have agreed with what our receptionist said, but disagreements do not equate to unprofessionalism. We were never rude or raised our voices. We went over the facts that we have and I'm sorry if that upset you, but I believe we were professional. In terms of decency, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and didn't charge you the late fee that should have been charged. So, you didn't lose anything out of this mess yet we have to suffer the consequences of your negative feedback.

Left the office feeling very dissatisfied by the lack of professionalism, decency, and customer service displayed by the receptionist! Dr. Cheng came over to attempt to rectify the situation, but the way it was framed, made me feel like I was in the wrong when it was indeed his own employee. I definitely will not be returning here! Hopefully he hires a new receptionist!

Recently had an eye exam with DC Optics, (for both glasses and contacts) and I am a completely satisfied customer. Professional and genuinely concerned with my well being, this team answered all my questions and addressed concerns I had, and also helped me decide on the best looking glasses, for me. This office is kid friendly, clean, comfortable and has the best office mascot, Ollie, who will always make you feel welcomed and loved. If you are looking for an optician in or near Fort Greene, Brooklyn, you should LOOK no further. Once was blind, now I see. Amazing Grace how can it be!

First off, I LOVE the fact that they have a dog mascot! I needed to renew my prescription and just simply get an eye exam and this was the perfect place to go. Dr. Cheng was super cool and down to earth. See, I've had eye surgery done before, so the shape of my eye is flatter than normal and also have some scarring as a result. He knew how to fit a proper prescription, even with my abnormality for both eyeglasses and contacts. Most other eye docs that I've gone to had some trouble. I would definitely recommend this place!
