This information is very helpful as we are unable to search for an account if we do not have valid information this was ordered by you under a different name and email absolutely no way for us to discern this information. I asked you on March 24th if you might have ordered under a different name and you somehow felt it unnecessary to respond with this current information until May 4th. This does not change the fact that the item you ordered is a CLEARANCE item and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Very very bad customer service. They dont negotiate in changing size or color and they are very rude! I asked them and pleased them to change the size because I didnt recognize the size while purchasing and I ll pay the difference in price they didnt accept Also they didnt send me any receipt and they too my money and when I return it I paid money to send it and they resend it back Very very very bad and unprofessional business I have ever seen Also very impolite and I respectful!!!!!

I have been a customer since 2009, and I keep coming back because every season I fall in love with a different pattern! I have so many different patterns (all in similar shades) with different bag styles (my purse, makeup bag, and wallet), and it is amazing how cool they look together!
