Sadly i had some time seeing this place on IG wanted to try it. Bough it and trowed away immediately Looked amazing but CERO on food handling, all crossed contamination, dirty gloves, phone texting, using the POS with same gloves, etc etc etc My advice, Avoid this place

Hi Kim as my business partner explained to you over the phone, the Porchetta we use is from the brand Levoni, which is the number one Porchetta imported from Italy in the US. The Prochetta you tried while visiting my Country is call Porchetta di Ariccia which is also delicious but we don't sell that one at our restaurant. For Cotto we use Gran Biscotto and that one comes from Italy as well. Completely different taste from our sliced porchetta, but it does have a similar look, so I understand why you confused them. The Porchetta has more fat and spices like garlic, pepper and rosemary. The bread is some of the best I have ever tasted and the cotta ham was to die for. However, I ordered the Porchetta sandwich and a cotta ham one, drove off to have a picnic only to realize they were passing off cotta ham as Porchetta - at $12.95 for the sandwich I was not impressed

Cannot say enough good things about this place! My husband and I just happened upon it and it is in a cute little lot with other window eateries. We are fans of a famous Italian sandwich shop in Florence, Italy and have been trying to replicate our wonderful sandwich experience there back home in Miami and nothing has compared until now. BOTTA uses delicate fresh ingredients of the highest quality. Even the simplest combination of meat and cheese is so delightful that you won’t be disappointed. I almost bought another sandwich to take home!
