Have visited store at least 3 times looking for bedroom furniture and then when we were in the store became interested in a few of their lighting fixtures. However, their business and advertising practices are shady, at best. We were told we would get a 20% discount on the pieces we had interest in months ago. Got a broadcast email from them touting a sale. Sent an email to them asking if there are additional discounts on the pieces we were interested in - - no reply. Got another email recently - their end of the year HUGE sale, 30% to 70% off. My wife and I went in to check it out. Hardly anything was on sale, one item was 50% off, another we found was discounted 30%...THAT'S IT! Told the sales "kid" what we wanted - - he offered higher prices than what we were offered months ago - a 10% discount! Plus he said it would be $150 to deliver, which we were never told in any of our previous visits. He said all of the stuff that's 70% off is at their warehouse. Well, we went over there - it's all dirty and/or damaged items. Such dishonesty! Stay away. Go to a reputable business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE... I bought a dining table there and a few days later received a call letting me know that the table was not available and they do not had an ETA either. I came back to the store to get my money back but I was told that they do not make any refund only store credit. Even that there were no more tables that I like, and that the issue was not my mistake or fault they make me choose something else that I did not want or otherwise lose the money. On that time the manager was rude disrespectful with me forcing me to pick something. Finally I choose a couple of coffee table and left the store very disappointed. The following week I received a call from the store advising me again that the dining table was not available, that call worries me, so I went back to the store but the manager did not remember anything at all, she forgot to make the note and again was rude and impolite implying that I already took the coffee tables, thing that never happened, I was furious about it... still unresolved.
Great place to shop .I got excatly what I needed!!! The staff and manger were a pleasure to work with.I would recommend anyone buying furniture to shop at Euro living!!!
The people are so so nice! And the quality of the furniture is top notch. We don’t even mind waiting a few months for our chair. I know we will appreciate even more when it arrives!
Very poor Customer service. They have poor communication skills within the employee of the store. office furniture was delivered and took three days and still was not done correctly . It took more than 4 mnths to get the furniture and even than was incomplete. They ordered incomplete piece and wrong piece. They could not figure out the problem and they had to order more piece which took more months. I have not received the complete order yet.. Very unprofessional and no updates on delivery time . The crew( white glove delivery) shows up without any message or phone calls. Would never buy any piece of furniture call. They need better employee training.
