Good morning, we are sorry that you did not have a good experience when you visited us this weekend. After discussing this with our staff, it seems that you called in to let us know that you would be arriving and you were directed to use our website to pay for your slip prior to your arrival. Once you arrived, a staff member walked to your boat to verify that you were able to get the reservation made correctly. At that time you had still not made the reservation or paid online. When we asked you if you needed help getting it done, you insisted you did not need any help. We offered to walk with you to the Dock Office so that we could manually check you into your slip and take payment. You again, declined and got upset that we were asking you to pay upfront. It is unfortunate that we must require payments up front for stays at our marina, but it is the same policy that hotels have. This policy is in place to prevent people from using the facilities and then leaving without ever making payment. it is not a reflection upon how we perceived you as a customer and it is a common business practice used in the hospitality industry to avoid unnecessary losses. We hope that you will give us another chance soon!

Got there at 5 told us to go on website because they were close even though they answered the phone. We docked the boat and fix a shower leak, they showed us and told us we have to pay immediately like we were thief’s. We couldn’t get into the socket account right away and told us to leave. DO NOT GO THERE! The girl was rude and I felt the guy with her wanted to reach do a gun. DO NOT GO THERE!
Nice experience. Plan on walking a bit. If a golf cart is available, don't hesitate to ask. A folding bike is very useful here. We enjoyed downtown. The marina itself is very protected. Free beer nights and potlucks. We will be back when southbound!
