This place is ridiculous. The girls here are so ghetto & disrespectful, dont know why tso has people like this as a staff, Cynthia and Avelina did not know what to do to resolve my problem. I went few weeks ago and got my glasses there than they called me and told me my glasses were there when i went to pick them up my glasses disappeared and no where to be found i wanted a refund and then they said they couldnt because there was no manager to do the refund horrible service.

If you like ghetto, this is the place. I mean the reading chart was a reflection of the card on a mirror from a laptop. The optometrist didn't mention anything about my cholesterol which is something previous optometrist have informed me. Picking up my glasses was a nightmare. Previous places I've been to, you're asked to take a seat, here you stand by the counter apparantly. Vey disappointed. Will not.be a returning customer.

This is such a great office to go too, every time I call to set up an appointment or have a question I always get a quick response. Dr. Ruiz and his staff are very friendly and welcoming, this week I brought my 13yr son in for his first contact fitting. The staff took their time with my son explaining the process and making sure he felt comfortable taking his contacts in and out before we were able to go home. Of course my son had trouble that night with taking his right contact out and his eye was very red and irritated from him poking at it. So I called the office first thing at 9am when they opened and explained what was going on. The staff had us come right in to make sure my sons eye was ok and insured him everything was ok. This really made my son feel a lot better and at ease about his first semi unsuccessful in counter with his contacts. I am so thankful and happy that I was able to found this office with Dr. Ruiz and his awesome staff to work with.

The doctor was quite nice and knowledgeable however the staff seems to be disorganized in my opinion. I have ordered contacts from them multiple times and each time has gotten delayed. The last time I ordered contacts it took a month for them to arrive and when they arrived they did not even let me know. Dont think Ill be coming back here.
