I placed an order online after confirming with someone over the phone that the order should be ready this week in time for my husband's birthday. I spoke again with someone over the phone yesterday to say I will pick up today. I get to the store and no one is there, and no one is answering either of the phone numbers. Today is my husband's 30th birthday so I really need my order to give him as a gift. I called, emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram, and waited around 45 minutes to see if maybe someone just stepped out for a minute. It's now several hours later and still no response, and the phone is still going to voicemail. I have no shirt for my husband's birthday. l will never shop here again.
STOP don't waist you time or money with this company. I placed my order 12 days ago and it hasn't shipped yet even though web page claims 3-7 days. I hate false advertising, I hate company that take your money in seconds then threats u like they are doing u a favor to fill your order. The good thing is there ARE plenty of other places to shop with.
We ordered 4 custom shirts for our family to give as Christmas gifts. 2 shirts were ordered in the wrong size, thanks to myself. I called customer service to explain the problem and promptly received the correct sizes free of charge. Great company to do business with..
