Very Upset with Bernardo. I work at San Lucas Car Wash, my partner got some printing done with Bernardo. He was unhappy with the service and after Bernardo made a mistake and refused to refund him the money he left an unhappy review. In return Bernardo left me a bad review and told him he will only refund the money if he takes down the bad review. Now I have to suffer even though Bernardo was never a customer at my car wash. We do our best to take care of our customers and a fake review doesn't help. Very disappointing.
