Brought my 07 accord in for service and the team ended up misplacing my key fob (no biggie at the time being) so they make me a spare with no buttons or anything just a regular old key to unlock the doors and get some personal belongings out. Well upon trying to start the car after I had it towed off the lot, the key threw my car into anti-theft mode and now the service team isnt owning up to loosing my keysaying I lost it when I went to go get things out of my car which is not true. Told me that I was responsible for paying for the replacement myself and I didnt even lose it. Very disappointed in the customer service that was provided.
Shout out out to Shawn Hartley and Ashley Peden for the excellent experience buying our new car! Nice to work with and were not pushy. Definitely recommend talking with them if you are looking for a new car! They will treat you right!
