Thank you for your feedback. All RepuGen clients have the ability to completely customize their survey content. The only content they can't change is the content that is necessary in every email (the second paragraph you mentioned). The first sentence that states "please don't reply..." was added by the client. However, you're correct that both statements are contradictory, so this is something we will definitely bring up to the client in case they'd like to reword it in any way. Regarding opting out, everybody who gets a survey has the ability to opt out of receiving anymore RepuGen emails from that business. Please reach out to us if you feel that you did unsubscribe but are still receiving emails, as we want to ensure that's addressed right away.

RepuGen needs to incorporate a selective opt-out for their software generated emails. How many times do I need to keep posting the same review!!! Their software generated emails state: Please do not reply to this email. If you have any questions, contact our office during regular business hours. Further down it goes on to state: This email includes information which may be confidential. If you are not the intended recipient, you may not read, use, copy or disclose this message or information to anyone. If you have received this message in error, please reply to this email and delete the message without keeping any copies. Someone is dropping the ball here... Reply to Response: My point about the opt-out is that it is not selective, or not clear what I'm opting out from. I still want to receive information from my medical provider. Am I opting out from just surveys?

Repugen is particularly useful in self regulation of doctors. Before I started using RepuGen, I was living in an aura that all my patients are happy that's why my practice is growing well YoY. With RepuGen I found that almost 97% of my patients are happy, but it's the three percent who were unhappy, helped me to greatly improve my attitude to patients. I started taking note of genuine negative feedbacks and have started to improve on those aspects. On doing so, am so glad that only within a few weeks - have been able to further improve on my patient happiness index. When a patient walks out of the clinic, we are in dark how they felt about the treatment. So this exercise gives an opportunity to the ones who are willing to give constructive feedback, and believe me there are many of them out there who are your well wishers and and willing to help you.
