Salad and a gin&tonic, was hoping for more than that when I booked a 7:15 dinner at Roy's but that's all they managed to serve in the nearly 2 hours I spent there. A canned "your food will be out shortly" is all that was communicated when asking about the food, staff/management was too preoccupied with a large group to worry about a measly dinner for 2. This review isn't going to change their practices but hopefully it gets you to consider someplace else when booking a dinner. Would genuinely like to give zero stars but unfortunately I have to give at least 1.
Definitely not what it use to be, never felt like a corporate chain until now. Food is decent. The service is very robot like and sloooow. I enjoy having a dinner where I can engage with a server and not have them stuttering because the suits are staring at them.
