One year ago I had Nevada Sign repair a large pole mounted sign for thousands of dollars. The sign had to come down and be rebuilt in their shop. Their first attempt to reinstall it was mounted crooked but I hadnt made their final payment yet.. I complained and they came back and re-welded it straight. One year later the sign broke free again and spun on the pole. I called them at least six times to have them repair it as the sign was at risk of falling down and injuring someone. The service manage never once bothered to return my calls. I started to email him and he twice responded making appointments to come out for which nobody showed up. I emailed him at least ten times more and there were never any further responses. Lastly I emailed the owner and explained the problem and he never bothered to respond either. AVOID THEM IF YOU EXPECT ANY SERVICE AFTER THEY GET PAID!!!
