Its been over a week and they still have not responded to my support ticket. Impossible support to deal with and their app/site user experience and design is dismal. They mean well, but this is not a professional, well thought out service offering. The problem, there isn't really a good service/solution in this vertical.

Great Prduct 2022 they didt major approvalls on the software however there is absoultly no customer service waiting on the phone hours without any call back Email support horrible they close your open ticket without any resoulution Acess to cloud app extremly slow mobile version is very clumsy its not set for mobile phone or tablet it seems upgrades push without any really testing. I sugest they test the mobile version on tablet and mobiler phone Please dont assume everyone know how to navigate on mobile version need to be more user friendly As a techie i dont think i can recomend this product

I run a non-profit community based youth soccer program in Northeast Ohio and we have used Sports Connect for at least 5years or more and we have always had amazing customer service and they have been extremely responsive! Like most companies, the COVID 19 has affected many in the customer service aspect of their business and Sports Connect has experienced the same fate! Until today, I was ready to switch to another service in the Spring 2022, but Frannie Fabian and Andres in support helped change my mind! Thanks for the reassurance to customer service and helping me with my registration issues! My faith in Sports Connect has been restored!

This app started well enough, but in the last year their support has become invisible. They don't answer phones, don't respond to support tickets for weeks. This is our last season I fear.
