I would not recommend this company at all order both my rugs from them a month ago, and messed about keep asking me to pay extra and it was 3 different price as got all email to prove, messed about so much, and was not happy with the customer service, dint want to resolve it nd refund me the money with out asking when I want the rugs and never could he bothed to ring back when ask to speak to the top of the company, would not recommend to anyone, and I have heard this from 3 people now

ordered on 4th December item was 'in stock' after 2 weeks I contacted them and was advised they couldn't get hold of it and would I choose an alternative, I did this grudgingly and my rug still hasn't arrived - 3 weeks late and now I have no rug for Christmas - as it was an expensive rug and its now too late I can't reorder one in time - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
I ordered the Eris Arissa rug in silver plus the non slip rug mat. I received an email saying the order would be delayed and a full refund would be offered if I didnt want to wait for the rug. I decided to wait and Im so delighted I did. The rug is gorgeous looking and soft. The non slip mat is brilliant. Im extremely impressed with both. Excellent customer service. Hi Sara, You placed an order with us on the 02/06/20 and we responded within 24hrs with an update regarding the item being out of stock, giving you options for alternative similar items or an option to cancel your order and have a full refund. Please have a look into your junk mail as it looks like we sent you an email again on the 08/06/20 and 13/06/20 and had no responses. We also contacted you via phone on the 13/06/20 evening but were unable to get through to you. We are extremely sorry that the item you purchased was out of stock but with the Covid-19 situation suppliers have not been able to get stock from oversea manufacturers regularly which has caused a slight delay in your order. Shocking service. After 14 days of waiting was told my order didn't exist even though I had received e-receipt!!! Rug selected won't be in stock until mid-July. Certainly wish I had bought elsewhere
