There was hair in my flower and they refused to exchange it. This was so gross and I have never heard of any service that refused to exchange a product with human hair in it.

People were nice and the flower is decent but Ill try another place next time. Prices were pretty terrible and the selection was very little. Then again, this was my first AZ bud store experience. In WA they had huge selections and better prices. You also didnt need to fill out a customer card or show your ID twice.
