Really poor customer service. We didn't get the sofa which we ordered. After exchange of emails we stuck with the wrong product. ESBFurniture doesn't really care, they referred us to manufacturer. It seems that they also don't know about UK customer rights. My advice is to avoid buying from them. Bardzo słaba obsługa klienta. Zamówiliśmy sofę narożnikową, ku naszemu zdziwieniu produkt który otrzymaliśmy nie odpowiada temu z zamówienia. Chodzi konkretnie o jego kształt... L (który był wyraźnie określony w zamówieniu). Po wielokrotnej wymianie emaili Esbfurniture zwodzi nas już ponad dwa miesiące tłumacząc się pokrętnie. Wyraźnie widać, że satysfakcja klienta nie jest dla nich ważna. Radzę zastanowić się dwukrotnie zanim zdecydujecie się na współpracę z nimi. Lukas
Wish I could comment on the quality of the product but I have not yet received as I have been waiting 10 weeks on Saturday for the posata mini which has an estimated delivery of 2-5 weeks (ordered 20th June) I have rang twice and I can understand delays with the current climate but customer service wise the first phone call was answered with the factory doesnt communicate with us when the orders are ready second was youll just have to be patient this was two weeks ago, all I ask is for an estimated delivery time, if I knew it was going to take so long I would of got something temporary as I moved into my first apartment in the 8th of June and have been sat on the floor for that long! Emailed last week no reply yet, might update later. Just so sad I just want a sofa :/ on the positive side the fully customisable colour and fabric selection is very desirable and the prices more than reasonable
Recently purchased corner sofa bed. You can choose different colour and fabric. Great quality! My has two storage space which is amazing! It's really simple and quick to order on website. Professional delivery and service from ESBFurniture. Received call to confirm details of my order, few weeks later received another call from driver, confirming day/time for delivery. I would definitely recommend!
To be honest,within our 10 years on the market something like this never happened,we dont know you did order of us or no,even if something like this happened we let you know as soon as manufacturer let us know

Really bad experience. We've ordered a sofa bed that supposed to be delivered within 2 to 5 weeks. After two weeks we've received an email, but instead of giving us specific delivery date, we were informed that they had to cancel the order as this particular model isn't made any more. Yet, it is still available for order on their website. Complete lack of professionalism so avoid and save your time. As to your response. I know who I ordered from so what kind of argument is that? Are you suggesting that I go to random store review section and put a bad comment because I have nothing better to do? I got 3 emails from ESB Furniture on the day I placed the order. First: confirming my registration with the store, second: corfirming that order was placed and the third: saying that the order is being processed. My statement that you are lacking of professionalism is due to fact that on your website you can still buy or at least placed the order for that sofa bed though you allegedly established it's no longer made by the manufacturer. So in other words you are not bothered to update your offer to make sure that the customer will be treated seriously and gets what appears to be available. After two weeks I got a fourth email informing that the order has been cancelled by you as the sofa no longer made. That to me isn't a professional aproach to the business.
