Unfortunately once you have one issue with them, they start treating you differently. The dog park and surrounding community is always filled with crap that no ones picks up and the bins used to discard the dog crap is left untouched and over flowing. If you want to live in a dorm or get that experience then by all means MOVE HERE! Most of times the building smell like marijuana and more often then some if you Express your issues nothing gets done, the walls are so thin you can hear conversations in the parking lot and in the hall, even the neighbors down stairs sound like their right next to you. Based on the rental rates they expect you to pay, it would seem you should be paying lower prices rather than being over priced based on the outside look and "amenities." The marijuana smoke and the noise violations after quiet hours are clearly ignored. Clearly see they dont care about their residents. Dont be fooled by the outside, and amenities. Oh and also If you have a dog, and know you pick up after them but somehow "magically" they find some crap and fine you $200 plus on the next month instead of giving you that statement the month ahead, just a heads up be prepared for all the random fines. Other than that good luck.

We do strive to offer the best customer service possible which is why we do offer residents a convenient way to pay online through our resident portal. As a convenience, to our valued residents they have the option to set up an automatic payment through the online portal system. We do regret that the auto payment was not stopped in time, unfortunately the team is NOT able to stop auto payments for residents. Online security for the resident portal is one of top priorities therefore the team is not able to make changes to banking information or payments. We regret that you feel that the expeditated processing of the move out within 10 days was an extended period of time. We value all feedback and look for ways to improve a residents experience. They are nice until you have an issue. Be careful not to use the direct rent payment from your bank account. After I moved out they continued to take the rent out and I am still waiting to get it repaid. You have a couple of days inorder to pay rent then it is late. They apparently have forever to reimburse you. Hallway smelled of bad food. Walls AND floors/ceilings are rather thin. A FEW bugs but apparently they spray for them frequently.

I love the location and atmosphere of Venture. Easy walking distance to groceries and many restaurant options. Apartments are good at keeping noise level down, so you can play music at a decent level and not bother neighbors. Only complaint is the actual build and layout of some of the apartment items, such as light switch locations, door placement/orientation, and other minor annoyances.

I lived at Venture and loved the community and the staff. I loved hanging out at the pool and cooking on summer nights. Unfortunately, my husband was issued orders and we had to leave the area but I would recommend the community if you are looking for a nice place to live.

The place is built so cheap I don't know how anyone lives there. My best friend lives there and the place is not worth 1/4 what they charge. Find a place that was not put up so cheaply or quickly. Skip this place.
