The dealer was Mark, not very trustworthy, and was very wishywashy about prices and deals. So Im giving this place One star, Ive been dealing with them for about a week now..my husband was quoted on paper that his down payment was 1500, and they would match 1500..doing a total of a 3000 down payment. Well we didnt buy the truck that day because the break light was on and we told them if they fix the breaks we will buy the truck..3 days later we came back for the truck to buy, cash in hand of 2000 we were told on the phone that morning that the down payment had changed to 2000, when we showed up to take the truck home right now. All the men in the dealership told me and my husband that the down payment would be 3000. WHAT A JOKE!!! No explanation what so ever, and apparently what they quote you on paper or in person is never a for sure thing. So with 2000 cash in hand they pretty much denied my husband financing a truck. Super bad customer service. I was so disappointed because this place has really good reviews. Dont waste your time.

The workers are great. But brian white is not the person to seek help from. I have a tap and pay credit card and i was gng to purchase a 2007 honda civic. And had the money on card. But right away no. And to top it off either him or sales person was snooping thru my phone personal stuff. So why uld they be gng thru my person apps. Makes me wonder if they are trying to get info on me.
Stopped here looking for a particular GMC. Was planning to drive to 10 freeway from Beaumont to Ontario Stopping at all the small and large truck dealers to find what I was looking for. As luck would have it Extreme had the truck I was looking for. A stock GMC 2500 diesel, 4x4, preferably extended cab and cloth. Very rare vehicle and they had it in SLE trim. Took for multiple test drives and made a cut throat deal. Mr White and his crew treated me well and handled all my concerns. A few items need to be ironed out, but overall a good positive experience.
The sales associate was great the problem came to when we can inside the office and try to negotiate the price for the truck we were interested in getting! This truck needed a lot of suspension work done, we where willing to negotiate but a man inside the office named Gary came really rude at my husband when my husband was trying to explain to him what was wrong this man got upset and THREW the paper at my husband! Yet we let it slide and ignored the fact this man had just been really rude without a reason, we still went forward trying to qualify for the loan! After we gave him all our information he told us the banks were closed for the day and that hed work on it tomorrow morning! This man was not able to let us know if we were qualified or not until two days later saying the loan was too much money for us keep in mind my husband and I have credit score of 650 and higher my husband went in to ask for copies of all his paperwork he ran on us and when we reviewed the paperwork states he only ran one of our credits and it was qualified for more than half the loan! In my opinion I feel this man was very stereotype and discriminated us! Just because he felt we did not deserve the vehicle we wanted he did not try his best to help us out! But thanks to his lack of efficiency we were blessed with a better opportunity to purchase a 2020 GMC So I guess we can say thank you!
