Cary showed us a property and although it had potential, we didn't love it. So we didn't want to make an offer....... We never heard from Cary again. He just disappeared. never even sent us listings. So we ended up with Amanda Howard and after competing on about 6 different houses we finally bought a house!

Rosenblum Property Management oversees a rental house in my neighborhood. In the front yard of this property there is a large dead tree. This tree dropped a baseball bat sized limb in the road just in front of me one day as I walked my dog. Three weeks and several phone calls to Rosenblum later, the tree is still standing. Barely. It's extremely dead. I sincerely hope no one gets hurt. I would never consider using this firm to manage a property of mine.

I had researched on property management companies and zeroed down on Rosenblum for my new investment property in Madison and handed over the keys to them on 2nd June. The property manager Rhiannon left their organization and my account was handed to one of the other property managers I originally was told by property manager that it will be on market and leased in couple of weeks. Here its week 4 and they are still trying to schedule cleaners painters etc. i tried reaching property manager on email/ phone/front desk but no reply .(to be fair initially he was extremely responsive when i just handed the keys) I got just 1 voice mail and ever since i have been trying to call front desk who at least pick up the call and give me bare minimum info . I am very disappointed , they probably are out of capacity, they dont understand home owner looses money every day its vacant. ******************************************* After writing this review i spoke to the property manager and he updated me of the progress.
