One of the most rude service I have ever experienced. The girl behind the counter was extremely mean, ostentatiously chewed gum and showed just a horrible attitude. She literally acted arrogantly when asked to pass us just a few pairs of glasses. She made inappropriate comments and was not even willing to check the prices for us. In addition, the prices are unreasonable and seem to fluctuate based on who you actually speak with and in what mood they are. I definitely do not recommend that place.

The service was fine when we were at the store, selecting glasses for my daughter. However, we were told that my daughter's glasses would be ready within a week and they would call when they are ready. I never received any call from them. Finally after 10 days, I called to follow up. The girl who works there claimed they called and left a message the week before. They did not leave any message, otherwise I would have it in my recordings in my phone. I looked back at my phone records, and saw that they did call my number but didn't leave a message. I don't understand why anyone would tell a customer they left a message when they didn't and not even follow up with the customer. Anyway, it was a week longer that my daughter had to go to school blind.
