We pride ourselves on being a FULL disclosure dealership and go through great lengths with multiple fail-safes to ensure customers know exactly what they are purchasing. Every dealership's biggest complaint is time to complete paperwork but we refuse to sacrifice disclosure for timeliness. We'll continue to strive to achieve both. Our salesman was answering all of us questions while engaging both of us. My disappointment and frustration started when the finance manager came to our table to answer some of the questions. I would ask him a question and that sir would answer it to my husband and refer only to him. Even when my husband specified to him that the vehicle was for me, and I was the one shopping for it. This is 2022, sir. We neither didn't like how both of the men will leave without telling you anything and dissappear for up to 10 minutes, that when you are waiting feels like an eternity. The communication between customers and employees is awful. Also, the financial guy was not direct or clear with the numbers and my husband that to be more firm and strong to get him to be more honest with the numbers and stop wasting our time. At the end, we were able to work out with the numbers and leave with the vehicle that I was shopping for, but I do NOT recommend this dealership.

Midwest Kia is a great place to go to if youre ever in need of a new or used vehicle! I (and my family) can confidently say that it was the best dealership weve been to, and the service was absolutely incredible. Id like to give special thanks to our salesman, Victor Tran, for being being transparent and efficient with us when it came to our recent purchase. He spoke with nothing but clarity, respect, and truthfulness that made our experience much easier and comfortable. The finance managers were also very transparent with us and helped us find the best warranties and financing options. Special thanks to Silvia and Luke for their help! Overall, our experience was amazing thanks to the three people mentioned above. Again, if youre ever in need of a new vehicle, Midwest Kia (on 8725 W Kellogg to be specific ) is the way to go!

The salesman may have been overly eager to earn your business and has since been coached on how to make sure we have a vehicle that will work for the customers approval before calling them back in for a second visit. I been speaking with Kia for almost 2 months prior to going down there my experience was not the best. When we first spoke the sales representative told me they couldn't help get a vehicle until I had 1500 down or co-signer. So about a couple of weeks went by sale rep reached back out to me, told me they had finance company that is helping them with people who need to rebuild their credit and I probably wouldn't need much down. So I go down there thinking I was going to come out with a car. Instead I got the same response as a month ago this time I need 2000 down or co-signer. So they don't help in rebuilding credit. I'm still using Lyft very discouraging when you are trying to get your life back in order. But the sales representative was very polite in letting me down and just reminded him of our conversation and asked him not to do this to anyone else. That was time and money wasted on my part cause I had to get a Lyft down thank you and have a blessed day.
