We had been a long time client with Ebrandz back when they had just started operating (mid 2000's) and after a long time of collaboration, during which time they did very good work for us, we stopped our contract with them due to changes in our business model. Recently, we needed a company to manage our Google and Facebook advertising campaigns so based on our previous experience, we hired them without hesitation. Unfortunately however, they are not the company they used to be and the service we received was abysmal. With regards to our Google Ads campaign, despite very clear and precise instructions, we had to repeatedly correct and revise the text of ads and artwork with regards to the products we were advertising - this in itself was not a serious problem as we understand that the staff are not experts in our line of work so despite our clear instructions, this did not raise a big alarm with us and we fine tuned the material until it was ready to roll out. However, once the program launched, after three months of very poor results, we audited the work being done and to our great disappointment, we discovered that our ads were (1) being shown to worldwide clients instead of just Canada and the USA (which we had specifically requested) so each month were were paying significantly for ads that were absolutely no use to us (2) The staff member assigned to our case rarely communicated with us and it was a challenge getting a reply from him, quite a few emails went unanswered. When we complained about this bad service, the senior staff member assigned to fix the situation, tried to explain away the situation by claiming their expertise in their field without addressing the issue as to how they wasted a significant part of our budget on clicks that were of no use from us as we do not ship to those countries. A new staff was assigned to our project and we decided to give them a second chance but after two months, it was evident that the work being done was just not good at all and our returns towards the budget we we had was very poor. We ran an ad campaign ourselves concurrently ourselves just to compare with a fraction of the budget and that one gave better results than the work they were doing. As for our Facebook ad campaign, the team who was handling that did a much better job but ultimately that one ran into problems as well where Facebook would suspend the campaign once in a while for whatever reason (very probably not Ebrandz fault) but the staff at Ebrandz would not realize it until a few days had passed, so this led us to conclude that they were only monitoring the ads maybe once a week so the rest of the time, the campaigns were not being monitored at all despite us paying for one of their higher tier bundles. When this happened the third time (campaign suspended, Ebrandz has no idea the Facebook ads are not running), we decided to cut our losses and end our contract. Ebrandz may have been one of the good Google Ads & SEO services in the past - and we have given them so many glowing referrals in the past - but it seems those days are over and the level of service provided to us was simply not worth the time and money we invested in them and we cannot recommend them at all for managing Google or Facebook Ads. They are simply not good anymore.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We spend last few days doing an audit of your campaign including some of the issues you raised. We have social media services which generates leads and revenue for clients. But you had opted for SEO service . In our seo package we include basic presence in facebook , twitter and Youtube. It would be wrong to assume those basic things as full fledged social media marketing. The idea is to have professional presence on these social media sites in case someone looks up your business on social media. You also raised content and grammatical errors. We use American Writers to generate content. When we asked for reference sites for content, we did not get any. When we asked for writing style, we were told to use our best judgement. We also have your approval for content which we took before uploading it on your website. If there were major issues, you could have raised it then. Midway in the campaign, you also changed 6 keywords. When we asked to create landing pages to rank these new keywords you responded with "I would really skip to spend 20 dollars more per page as it's not in Budget." We helped you with quite a few edits and changes on your website within the seo package. You required few more changes which were not possible for us to do for free. But once we gave you a quote, it seems we upset you. While most of the keywords had improvement in rankings, we were unable to rank them on first page. We take ownership of that. However because of competitive nature of keywords we felt that given some more time we could have ranked them. You mentioned others have given you better results. But we only see one keyword on first page while many others have actually gone further back. We love working with and helping small businesses grow. We are extremely disappointed this did not work out. We wish you all the success with your business.

The company is really worst. I got their service for 6 months but, there was absolutely waste of money. The project manager was not able to deliver what she said. All Facebook and twitter marketing was ineffective, their you tube video was not attractive, too. Furthermore, they have added the writing on my website which had so many grammatical errors. the writing was little bit irrelevant with the products, too. Overall, they got very uneducated team with themselves. Initially, I was thinking to keep waiting and waiting to get results, but when I actually got services from others, then i realized the actual meaning of SEO. The money is totally going to be wasting if you use them. Highly Disappointed.!!!!
