DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We started a Maid service company in November of 2021 and stated using Stax and in December 2021 they decided to close my account and they are holding 5k of my money!!!..AND they still charge me $159 monthly fee! their response was that they hold our money for 180 days. Worst company EVER!!!

Beware with this company. After they apparently switched or changed names we haven't had anything, but horrible experiences from April 2021 until today with them. They have taken out of our business account $4,598.11 with no consent and no reason, they closed our account before even telling us that they were going to close it and on top of that all of our customers that paid through this system, those funds are being withheld for 180 days for no apparent reason. We contacted them and they just beat around the bush. They have over $10,000 in total that pertains to our company and are jeopardizing the company. We are talking about thousands of dollars from transactions that our customers paid through using their system in order for us ( Air Conditioning Company) to get paid for our job done, plus the $4,598.11 that they took. We have plenty of proof that validates our case in this matter.
We are currently in the activation/setup stage with Staxx. The experiece has been WONDERFUL. Starting with a helpful and attentive Sales Rep and continuing with a patient and knowledgeable Activation Team member. Not only are their services going to be such an upgrade to our office and clients, but also their team has made this process so easy. From sheduling Q&A appointments, to tutorials, to whatever random issue or inquiry I might come up with, this team has nailed it! ZERO complaints.
My customer service reps have been outstanding at Stax! Changing processing has been part of a larger, complex change at the office and working with Adam and Samantha has made the process so much easier. They are available and always happy to help. Absolute worst customer service !!! If you are a vendor and have an issue this is not the service for you. My advice to small business is try and find someone who cares about you and not how many people they can sign up. They also raise your rates without your knowledge and hide fees on the back end..... Beware of this company no matter what they call themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
