I called to see if my glasses were ready for pickup and I was told yes they were. When I got there, they we're not there. Apparently whoever I spoke to saw an old pair of glasses under my name without checking the date assuming it was my new prescription.

Well initially I thought this place is great staff was nice and efficient. Because of that service, I'd decided to order contacts and had been given a trial pair. They quoted me $120 I paid left. A couple days go by I call due to having trouble and irritation with the trial pair. They say just come on in that's what the Dr's are for.. No relief just told I had to get used to them ( although I have worn contacts on and off since I was a teen). They then call me and say my contacts are $160. And I must pay up front before they can order my contacts. I say nevermind cancel this order request. They then proceed to tell me no refunds... I said sure but I did not complete the purchase so let's just cancel... They then say the contacts are in and I must pay return shipping $12 and a $10 restocking fee.. WHAT??? JUST GIVE ME MY $98... STILL WAITING FOR DAVID TO GIVE ME A CALL... TO GET MY MONEY....

I had the most amazing experience at Belvedere Eye Center today. Everyone that I came in contact with from the receptionist to the Optometrist were wonderful; however, Yami stood out to me the most. She is truly gifted at what she does and her warm caring nature speaks volumes. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Belvedere Eye Center for everyone's optical needs.
