This company sucksssss suckssss despite our Cobtractor ordered materials way I n advance they were missing all kind of items end result? Our project didnt got pushed back a lottt what an unprofessional place, the contractor told us happens a lot with this guys. What a shame they should have no business in the construction industry

With these difficult times with trying to get Aluminium lots of phone calls. Had a good experience today with American Metals.talked to a lady named Jessica very knowledgeable and friendly.told her what i needed she said she would look to see what they had in stock. She called me right back in a timely manner. Letting me know what was available. Most just say they dnt have it without looking.. Appreciate the help! Will call them again.

Called in an asap order. Supposedly to be delivered next day, never arrived. No updates or email letting me know. I call and was told they would look into it and get back to me. I had to call back hours later for an update just to be immediately hung up on. So I call again finally getting thru just to be told they have no idea why the order didn't go out. As a business I cannot have such flaky service. As a machine shop you'd think they would be doing what they can to ensure a good first time purchase as a new account, leading me to keep buying material weekly from them. This experience has lead me to write a review, as I've lost money and time. American manufacturing isn't going to be revived with service like this.
