PLEASE READ ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE BEFORE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY. My wife posted a review about this company 3 weeks ago, which has now been deleted, lol. Im assuming the owner doesnt want the truth to be known, so I will repost what she said, and continue to do so because if the owner, Lamar, felt that what was done was RIGHT, her lengthy paragraph would be here. In short, my wife reached out to Lamar via email and asked for a quote on a one color 4inch design that was to be stitched on shirts we were providing. We had used Lamar before, so we thought why not use him again. Well, after he got back to my wife via email she was SHOCKED to see that he was charging $10 dollars more per shirt, $50 dollars more for a digitizing fee, and another $85, which wasnt specified where that was going toward, for a one color design reminiscent of six tally/tick marks. The issue here is that the design stitched before was a three color design, 3 inches in w/h. When my wife asked why was the price more for a simpler design he refused to reply. He had been replying promptly until that question arose. Its been 3 weeks, and he hasnt replied, and at this point we arent looking for a reply. WE DONT WANT A REPLY, lol. We just want to inform others who theyre doing business with. The question she asked was valid why so much? We work hard for our money, and she just wanted to know why was there such an extreme increase in price. We felt like we were getting robbed. I feel that if he felt like he was practicing good business ethics then he would have left the previous comment, but I think he knows that what he did wasnt okay. Granted this is his business, and he can run it how he pleases, and he has to make money. We understand that! But to go from $5 dollars a stitch to $15 dollars, $35 for digitizing fee to $85, and then an EXTRA $85, lol. Mind you, for a one color design one inch bigger then the previous thats a bit greedy. There are other embroidery shops that in Atlanta look around, get quotes before you decided who to go with. Like we always say, stay blessed. Stay safe! We wish him the best. I hope this helped.
