Not pleased with the customer service, doesn’t answer phones often and the call back ratio is very underwhelming or takes way too long to receive. Prices on website are cash in full amounts so the price is not the same if your planning on financing a vehicle. Trade in vehicle was payed 30+ days after trade in and costed me an additional payment. The warranty service offered that helped them secure the sale somehow came out of their generosity when I found out it wasn’t activated and wasn’t happy. They failed to activate it after 30 + days then told me, “they didn’t have offer it” when it was part of the sale negotiations and it wasn’t activated for 30+ days which required frequent calls of following up.

If I could put Negative 0 stars I would. I was interested in a Toyota Camry that they have listed on their website for 14k, visited the site and talked to Miguel. He told me that he could not bring it down, that he would talk to the manager. Next day told me that 14K was the price. I decided to go ahead and purchase for 14K and called him before I went to confirm the price, which he said was 14K. When I get there to pay Cash, all of the sudden the car is Worth 18K. The car went up in price in matter of hours. These guys are not honest and practice fake advertisement. Do not waste your time and energy with them. Bad customer service.
