I have had the most frustrating, tiresome experience with Broad Stitches. I wouldn't usually leave these reviews, because I like to support small and local business, but it has been utterly ridiculous. I ordered 3 custom shirts for work on 5/10/20. Long story short, it's now 21/12/20 and I still don't have everything I ordered. It has just been one thing after another for over 2 months, with no communication from the shop. First, no stock of the plain white t-shirt we needed was in store. Ok, fair enough, I suppose. I was told it would take 7 days or more to come in. Then, I call and ask for an update 3 weeks later, and was told that because I didn't send an email with remittance advice for the payment I'd made, their accountant didn't know I'd paid, so they hadn't ordered any shirts yet. A ridiculous system, because no one actually told me I needed to submit remittance when paying by direct deposit, nor are those instructions on the invoice. Then, I wait several more weeks, with no communication from the shop. I called again and was told "Oh yes, your shirts are done, they're here somewhere" - cue the owner looking for them over the phone, but unable to find them. I asked for them to be ready for pick up that afternoon, and was assured they would be found and ready to go. My colleague went 24 hours later to pick up the shirts, and had to wait 15 minutes while they were found. When the 3 shirts are finally with us, we notice that one of them has the entire back graphic missing. So, I call and let them know one shirt is incomplete and offer to bring it back to be finished. I was told that they would just do another shirt. So, I wait another 2 weeks, and again hear nothing, so call again - I'm then told that they had to order a new shirt in and it hadn't arrived yet. So, after 10 weeks and about 5 phone calls, I'm pretty frustrated and still don't have all of my shirts. I am also very frustrated that after ONE wash, the logo on the shirt that has been worn has faded significantly. I'm hoping this review will speed up the process and someone can actually contact me to complete the order.

been using these people for uniforms since I started business and they started in broadway. Not sure what has happened, but service is appalling, no one gets back to you, even after leaving messages and or talking directly to the Anna.. I rang to order over $600 worth of things for undated work uniforms, asking to get in only 3 garments to try on (as sizing is never the same in uniform companies).. that was 3 weeks ago... I cannot wait anymore, and although they have my designs on file, I'll have to start from scratch somewhere else. one would think in a pandemic any business would make sure their customers were well looked after.
