We are sorry your expectations were not met at your meeting with Mark. He trusted your assessment on size of the deck and came back to the office with drawings and measurements. We came to the decision that we wouldn't be able to do a bid for your project, because - as we said in the letter - your anticipated need for the deck in mid-May would not be possible for us to deliver based on our work already scheduling into June. although we would like to meet the needs and schedules of everyone we meet, sometimes we can't - again our apologies! Sometimes these decisions cannot be made until after a meeting at which time we discuss the project and the timeline in more detail. We apologize if you feel that we wasted your time. this guy mark came out to my house to look at building a new deck around my pool, he seemed very disinterested from the start, never took any measurements( he took my word on the size) and said he will have a quote for me in a week, today I received a letter in the mail saying he was to busy to give me a quote, what a waste of time.

We were so impressed with this contractor and all the experts involved in the renovation of our great room into an accessory apartment. Not only did they arrive on time, but they arrived early, stayed late until they finished the job and always, always cleaned up after themselves! We were thrilled that they stuck to their schedule and finished when they said they would. They were polite, punctual, considerate of our needs and checked in with us daily to make sure we were satisfied with their work. Their communication skills far surpassed any contractor we've ever hired--proactive rather than reactive--and always approachable. We highly recommend Bencar for any of your building needs.

It was great working with Craig. The electrician, John, was very helpful in explaining about all the new switches and lights being installed. Mark was always just a phone call away if I needed anything. Cathy was on top of whatever was going on and what needed to be done by me. And she always emailed me the same day I would email with questions or concerns. My home has been transformed into something more than what I had imagined. They are terrific people to work with. Very professional. But also friendly and always available during the renovation.
