I will never take my business here again. I will probably never buy a Ford again because of how terrible the service here was. My car was having symptoms like the auto start wouldnt work and a code came up. Auto Zone told me it was a part only Ford could fix. So I took it to Tindol. After two weeks with my car and absolutely no communication we drove to tindol and asked what was going on and they still hadnt figured out the problem. Three weeks went but and still very little communication even though we called every day and left voicemails. The randomly after almost a full month of having my car, they said they found the problem and fixed it and we could get it back. We went and got the car and literally was not fixed at all. All the same symptoms were there and my car would fail to crank when using the auto start feature (which is the automatic setting). They clearly did not test drive the car as they said they had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Shady practices and used car salesmen who will not negotiate in good faith. Had a friend get thoroughly ripped off with a horrible contract after being misled. Do yourself a favor and get your next Ford (or any car) somewhere else.

Great service great people. Afternoon service appointment and we were in and out in an hour. Yes it was an oil change and multi point service and inspection but still fast.
