I ordered from them & a couple days later got a msg my order had shipped. The next day I got a msg that I had been issued a refund. Have not even checked yet to see if I actually did. It says no one is available on chat. Says closed on Sat when I called. Tracked pkg. it was picked up & sent to Denver then returned from there that same day. No explanation. What sort of business practice is this?

Products are excellent, unfortunately the online store... not so much. Its down and not working, and shutting down due to "too much traffic" while you are busy entering items to the cart. Not good service when it comes to sales. Please work on improving your online store. Will shop there more often if its not so unreliable and unavailable. Thanks

Prompt and courteous service. I started using Chicory Root extract as a coffee sweetener. In the frontier days of America, people who could not get coffee regularly made a coffee substitute from Chicory Root. It is a sweetener, but is not a sugar. It's a fiber and so therefore is a great substitute for stevia, on a keto diet, which does not taste to my liking in coffee.
