Beware of service/oil changes at this location. My owners manual clearly states 0w-20 is the recommended oil however they substitute 5w-30. I suspect this is to save money since 5w-30 is slightly cheaper for them vs using 0w-20. I reached out to them and they said 5w-30 is what they always use. Now I dont trust them doing service on my car since Im not sure what else they do to cut corners for their bottom line.
Sales process was quick and easy. Sheridan was open to negotiation and making an attractive offer. However, since purchasing the 2022 Nissan Frontier, I have reached out to the service department 3 times in hopes of scheduling an appointment to have my bed extender installed and a remote start installed. Much to my surprise, it is nearly impossible to speak to a service advisor. Despite leaving 3 messages with Bill, I have still yet to receive a call back (5 days since last message). I have spoken to the woman who schedules appointments for service and she has been very helpful with the process of getting scheduled, but unable to assist with discussing pricing. Overall, I would NOT recommend using Sheridan Nissan as your primary service provider. Unless you prefer to be ignored for days on end, find another service department to meet your needs.
I really enjoyed the customer service. I really felt like Antonio made my wife and I a priority. He did his best at finding a car for us that fit our family needs and price range.
I purchased a 2022 Nissan Sentra this week. There are not enough stars here. My sales person Hector Diaz Parada, showed genuine professional, knowledge and overall commitment to ensuring I received an amazing deal. The entire staff that was involved with this sale, were proficient and did everything to help make it work for me. I drove away in an amazing car and feel good about being part of the Sheridan Family!!
